I’m Ben Brickman, Movement Restoration Specialist and founder of Worksite Fitness.

Discover how I went from the battlefield in Afghanistan to playing Division I football – transforming pain into purpose along the way. That journey led me to my true calling: helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.

It inspired me to create the Brickman Movement Protocol and launch Worksite Fitness, a corporate wellness concept built to restore the way we move – both in and out of the workplace.
